What Parents Say
Harvest Christian Preschool & Daycare receives mixed reviews with most parents praising the caring staff and Christian environment, though some recent negative experiences cite communication issues, poor hygiene standards, and young/inexperienced staff. Parents with positive experiences highlight the facility's patience with special needs children and convenient hours, while dissatisfied parents report delayed responses, inadequate daily care documentation, and unsanitary conditions.
I have three daughters (ages 7, 5, & 1) enrolled here at Harvest and I couldn't be happier with the care they're receiving. The teachers are so passionate in the way they look after and interact with the children. My daughters have made great friends and I am at ease knowing they're enjoying their day while I am at work. We are so happy to have been a part of their first year in business and look forward to many more!
I have had the best experience ever sending my son here. My son has autism and this is the first place he has been where I can tell they care, and very patient. The Director Jessica has the best heart in the world. She is always understanding and I appreciate everything they have done for us. I smile going to work knowing that my son is with such a amazing group of ladies. This is the best place we have ever been and I thank god for them.
My two children never set foot in this facility, but I still feel the need to reveiw the place. In the beginning of August, I came in this place, and I was told there was a place for my two children. I was desperate because school is about to start soon! Not only this place was close to home, and had vacancy, but it was the cheapest I could find, around $300 or less a week. When I applied for my children, they took too long to get back to me. School started, so I decided to look for another Daycare. Then, manna from heaven descended upon me. I was told that even though I am an international student, I can still enroll my children in Headstart for free. So, instead of paying almost $300 a week to this Daycare, I pay $0 dollars thanks to American Taxpayers. In a way, this Daycare and the people working (or lack thereof) helped me, really. This is because I know myself, once I get used to doing something, I never look for other alternative stuff. What I mean is that once I enroll my children in a certain daycare, I would've never looked for another daycare, and I would never taken the time to call Headstart because of their longish enrollment procedure. So thank you so much for not getting back to me in time, and thank you in taking too much time to consider my children for your facility. Have a blessed life 🙏🏼
The facility is a wonderful fit for my family and I. The hours are convenient and I like the fact there is a Christian environment. They read bible verses to the students and do a great job teaching the kids to interact with one another in a healthy way. Harvest Christian gives me peace of mind knowing my Son is well taken care of while I am at work each day.
This center is run by and staffs VERY young "adults". It's more like a bunch of teenagers babysitting your kids. My daughter was enrolled there and we lasted a week before pulling her out. They had her in the wrong room to start and when she was moved, (only after me saying something three times) I never got a daily sheet telling me what she ate, what she did etc. Two of the days I picked her up she had poop in her diaper that had been there for quite some time. Her diaper was always literally falling off of her. The rooms were always filthy whether it was the beginning of the day or end. My daughter hated going there to the point that she'd get herself so upset she'd vomit. For the money you pay, you expect better care. I was hopeful because other reviews were positive but a new director and new teachers seemed to have been a detriment to this center.
