The teachers for the kids are very nice and courteous. The supply list is insane especially for parents (single parents mainly) to afford especially with multiple kids. Unsympathetic to single parents having a hard time financially. We understand payments need to be made on time. But don't tell a parent or guardian they signed a document that states they can hold your child's supply till past due is made. Parents work hard enough to buy the supplies. then being told the paperwork showing this policy is with the director off sight. The director gets there and states there is no actual signed paperwork it's something they just do. Then to be threatened with theft of service because you demand your children's belongings and you know they can't do that. Had to call the police to get the belongings back and thankfully the police told them what theft of service actually is.. no need to reply. Thankfully there are other daycare centers who care more about kids then money!
