We utilized this location for the last three days as backup daycare through our employer since our current daycare has been closed due to unforeseen tornado damage they encountered from the storm in May. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed and our son loved it! He was so happy to go every day. Mrs. Sandra and Mrs. Liz were wonderful as well as the other two’s teachers. I knew my son was in great hands and I’m so happy to know he was safe and happy! They even sent me updates and pictures throughout the day which was above and beyond! We will definitely use this location in the future and are so excited we have another daycare close by the house in the heights to use!

I’m a first time mom, and picking a day care can be really hard. My daughter has been attending daycare at Happy Times Academy since 3 months old and she is about to be 2. I have never had any issues with the staff and they are always very considerate if I have any questions about my daughters day. It’s the perfect balance of professionalism as well as a friendly and warm atmosphere. My daughter is always excited to go and loves all of her teachers and the staff. The curriculum is wonderful. You can tell that they focus on teaching your child and don’t just put TV on or give them free play all day. I highly recommend Happy Times Academy to any parent looking for a daycare.

My husband and I were told verbatim by the director that my child’s teacher has given up on him and she lacks any patience for him. My almost 4 year old was forced to be in the 18 month room and not even provided his age group’s breakfast. My son told me his teacher continued to put him in pull ups weeks after he had been sleeping through the night and naps in normal underwear at home. My child told me on numerous occasions that his teacher “talk angry” at him and also told me she poked him hard in the belly while “talking angry” at him. I’m not sure what happened as my child has had wonderful relationships with the staff there. When I attempted to address anything with the school we were shrugged off and told that they “wish us the best” and I wish that they do their best to do better for the babies and toddlers in their care.

We’ve had our child at Miss Pattycake for almost a year now, starting at 6mo. No complaints here. They’ve taken care of our baby well, he’s been happy when we drop him off and pick him up. Communication is good. We really appreciate the flexible hours for pick up and drop off.
