Happy Kids Learning Center receives overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding its spacious facility, friendly staff, and educational focus. However, one parent reported a negative experience with unprofessional phone service from someone claiming to be the owner.
I called to inquire about services not even 30 mimutes ago and the woman that answered the phone was very unprofessional. She didn't state the business when she answered and I had to ask for her name for her to even provide me one. It's like I had to pull information from her just inquire about the daycare and to make it worse she stated that she was the owner! Wow! If she's this unethical when dealing with a potential customer, I'm also looking to switch daycares, I cant imagine how she interacts with the parents of enrolled kids.....
It is a very spacious establishment! The teachers are very friendly and nice. Please take the time to visit. It is the best care Ive seen ever!
