Happy Elephant Child Care Center

I cannot say enough good things about Happy Elephant. My daughter has been attending for a year and the experience has been wonderful. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment where she feels safe and loved. The curriculum is engaging, with a perfect mix of educational activities and playtime that promotes her social and cognitive development. I’ve seen her grow in confidence, make new friends, and learn new skills every day. Communication with parents is excellent; I receive regular updates about my child’s progress and how well she does in her daily activities. I feel truly grateful to have found such a fantastic place for my daughter. I highly recommend Happy Elephant to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching daycare experience!

My 2 & 4 year old were enrolled here for about 4 months. Most of the staff were very nice and friendly, but Kelly was not. My 4 year old never had any problems but every single day I was told that my 2 year old was having “a hard time listening” and it even got to the point that Kelly called me (while I was at work) and told me that teachers were wanting to quit over my TWO YEAR OLD not listening. Mind you she is TWO!! She was sent home for a runny nose and cough multiple times prior to this incident and I was told she could not come back until it went away. So my 2 year old could not attend daycare over a cold. I am a single mom with barely any help and this was very inconvenient for me! I was unsure how they were treating her while I wasn’t around because they never had anything positive to tell me about her. Every day when I went for pick up, I was never told anything about what my 4 year old did all day but always told negative things about my 2 year old. If you are looking for a first time daycare and wanting to trust strangers with your children I would not recommend! I feel like there is a lack of professionalism here and all situations regarding my children could have been handled differently.

My daughter has been attending happy elephant since she was six weeks old she is now nine months old and I couldn’t be happier with the care she is provided, she’s happy the minute we walk in and sometimes don’t wanna leave, everyone including the older children have to say hi to her each morning. A lot of the reviews I see are far from how this place is run the staff is very friendly and informative you ask questions you’ll get your answers and being a pro active parent and discussing things and bring up any concerns with the director and teachers you will stay informed and up to date on your child. Communication and being understanding goes a long way. They do have policies and they do follow them I rather have them follow policy to ensure a safe, clean and sickness free environment every thing is not gonna be perfect, I’ve noticed the teachers work their butt off and noticed how much they care for each child I really think people forget their child isn’t the only one and I’ve seen these class rooms full and I know at the end of the day my daughter is cared for and loved on like they are family to her and is in the safest space I could ask for.

Caring for children is what they do best. I have been in Happy Elephant and personally know the employees here and they do an amazing job. Your child is what matters most to them. I highly recommend this establishment ♥️♥️♥️

things have really turned around with the new director. Youth learn daily and preschool is engaging. What I have a concern I raise it and it is taking seriously overall I'm satisfied with the experience
