Happy Crayons Learning Center

My son went to Happy Crayons for over a year and it was the greatest experience. The owners and all the teachers are amazing people, who truly love and care for the kids. My son was happy every day and he learned a lot. Their food is also nutritious and great, my son always mentioned how much he loved it. I totally recommend this place. As a new mom, I was going through so many emotions enrolling my kid in his first day care, and they were always supportive and showed great empathy and understanding. I really value everything they did for our family.

This was a wonderful daycare/VPK my daughter was extremely shy before going to daycare and they were great with her. She gained a lot of social skills and learned so much. They are very kind and patient. Always coming up with ideas to keep the kids entertained. I will definitely recommend this daycare to anyone. My daughter was very sad to leave. The teachers pay attention to each kid and are very involved. We love this daycare.

Three years ago, I took a job nearby and was commuting from Sunny Isles, where my son was attending daycare at the time. Not only was it very pricey, but every single morning was heartbreaking—he would cry and not want to go to school. It was so tough on both of us. One day, I started searching on Google for daycares closer to my job, and that’s when I came across Happy Crayons. I truly believe it was fate, because not only was it close by, but I was lucky enough that there wasn’t a waiting list at the time—and my son was able to start right away. From the moment we made the switch, the change in my son was immediate and incredible. Instead of crying not wanting to go to school, he would cry because he didn’t want to leave! The joy, love, and excitement he felt every day at Happy Crayons said it all. It’s hard to believe that it’s already been three amazing years, and next week, my little one is graduating and getting ready to start kindergarten. As emotional as this moment is, I feel nothing but deep gratitude for this special place and the incredible people who make it so wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Yoli, Lily, Teacher Magaly, Teacher Wendy, and Teacher Ana—your kindness, patience, and dedication have meant the world to us. You’ve treated my son as if he were your own, and it shows in how confident, happy, and prepared he is for this next chapter. My son has been cared for by Happy Crayons for 2.5 years. They have been excellent caregivers and teachers to him. It is like a second home to him. The owners are very involved and along with the teachers are very caring and loving with all the kids. We are thrilled that our baby will be able to go there too one day. My daughter has been at Happy Crayons Learning Center since she was 2 years old. I am so grateful I found them. The teachers and staff are very supportive and caring. The teachings are bilingual, and it is impressive to see non-Hispanic children speaking fluent Spanish. My daughter will graduate in May from VPK and I will always thank Happy Crayons for their unconditional love, dedication and for helping my daughter excel academically and socially.
