My granddaughter has been enrolled at Happi Time for a little over three years; as a grandparent I have seen many daycare settings, this by far is a perfect example of one of the best care providers in the area. My granddaughter not only loves to go to school everyday there is never a worry in my mind as to whether she is safe, clean, and happy; she is getting the best care. I have to just say all the teachers are great we love them all, my granddaughter always has a positive remark about any one of them. I'm unsure of her title but Ms. Stephanie is always there to great the parents, fill you in on important info, and makes the children feel special. She is just a wonderful person. I recommend Happi-Time 100%; you will be happy you chose them!
My 3 year old son was only going here a month before I pulled him out. This is not a good daycare center if your children are on the spectrum or have other developmental issues. I was asked to come get him at 5 pm every day because after 5 he was just too much to handle ( I get there between 515-520 every day) but since they couldn't handle it for 15 minutes I made the adjustment. I was also given a written incident report because he refused to lay down for a nap and was running around the classroom which...okay. However, the very next day I was called at 1 to come get him because he wouldn't go down for a nap and was being disruptive again. After I explained that I couldn't leave work for that I was told "they would do their best but nobody can get anything done while my son was there" I immediately picked him up. I understand that my son can be a handful and I was very communicative about that from day 1. I was also communicative about trying to get him in the proper developmental pre k but there is a waitlist for everything. They made it very obvious they didn't want to have anything to do with my son and should've expressed that they were ill-equipped from day one.
