What Parents Say
Hanover Township Community Center is highly rated by parents as an excellent community resource in the Bethlehem area. Parents praise the well-maintained facilities, friendly staff, and variety of activities for children and families including playgrounds, sports courts, and organized community events. The center offers programs for young children and hosts gatherings such as birthday parties and seasonal celebrations.
It used to be decent but a lot changed. The place isn’t very clean and the classes are overcrowded. They have this one teacher that looks like she needs a good shower and a toothbrush. It’s disgusting. I don’t know why their standards slipped so much but it’s probably due to money. People can’t afford to buy gym memberships which means they can’t pay good people. I heard that a lot of people switched over to the YMCA as they have higher standards. Hanover Township is such a nice area, it’s a shame they let the community center get so bad.
We enjoy coming here after we pick our daughter up from preschool and having her run around the playground. She never gets tired of the swings and other equipment. We especially enjoyed the Hanover Days Carnival in May! Lots of fun rides and games for our 3 year old!
Nice facility, pleasant employees, great classes and good equipment.
I was there to discgolf a round while hiking the landscape of the coarse with some areas open but elevated for wind to come into play. It was well maintenanced and treated with care.
Best beginner Disc Golf course in the Lehigh Valley, hands down. The fairways are wide and you can learn a lot about your discs throwing here.
