If I could give negative stars, I would!! Very unprofessional, rude and understaffed. My daughter, who is normally very happy, would cry crocodile tears, every day when I left her here. She was extremely thirsty every day and had far more unused pull ups than she should have every day. I suspect that they don’t hydrate the children properly to prevent potty breaks/accidents. They feed the children very unhealthy and highly processed foods. This place is supposed to be a developmental center, but blame and judge children for something as simple as crying. The staff treat young children aggressively, one grabbed my toddler at the joint of her arm, while squeezing her, to prevent her from going into her classroom. When I corrected her behavior, she denied what I had clearly saw with my own eyes. The staff have even tried to gossip with me about other children- red flag! Every single day, I would walk past classrooms of unhappy children crying which should not be the norm for any childcare facility. There were several incidents that I have witnessed that make me highly suspect neglect. Please DO NOT trust these so called Christians with your precious children... especially if they are too young to tell you what’s going on. I quickly removed my child from this facility and would rather pay more for quality care. My child is her normal happy self since leaving this place and doesn’t want to leave her daycare at the end of the day. Please avoid this place.
My nephew came home from this daycare beaten by someone. Idk who it was if it was an employee or if there was another child that hurt my nephew while no one was watching? This is unacceptable and this place needs to be shut down immediately
Great Staff, quality child care, and reasonable prices. This is a great place for your child to grow and develop. My son is 4 months and I was so very pleased with the environment and how well he was taken care of. The staff are very kind and very skilled with children.
If you have the option to go somewhere else please do so. Everyone was so friendly when I first enrolled my daughter but that changed.I mean some of the staff are nice but the majority of them aren't especially the manager. She was very rude and unprofessional. She got an attitude with my 6yr old daughter one day. On the way out when i picked her up my daughter asked if she could have a peice of candy i said yeah i guess you can. Which everyday for a month she has asked and i would tell her to ask the manager and manager would always say sure if its ok with your mom. So this day I just said yes and the manager got loud with my baby saying ummm no you better ask me first does your mom pay for that candy. My baby looked at me nervous and confused. That was just plain rude and not professional at all. Then one day I pick her up and they are outside playing. When she sees me walking up she gets excited saying mommy mommy and starts running for the door. Well when I get around in the class room to get her she is holding her face with tears in her eyes. When I asked what happened she was scared to tell me but she finally did. She said when she saw me she was running to the door to meet me and one of the teachers threw her hand back to stop her from running in and hit her in the face and this teacher didn't even apolodaughte my daughter. That also could have been handled different. Not to mention the last month she was there they were trying to rip me off on money and have me pay more than I'm supposed too. this place is a joke will never take my daughter there again.
Bery short staffed. Rude to employees and children. Children are underfed and never given enough to drink. Incident reports are altered and never truthful and then blamed on on the teachers and aids. Teachers are often left with toomany children according to student-staff ratio.
