Hand In Hand-Tower Lane

I recently used Hand in Hand Tower location for drop in care for a 1 year old and 3 year old and it went great. Coordination and communication with the office staff was a breeze. The facility was nice and clean. The caregivers were very friendly and ratios appeared very reasonable. My kids were happy, clean and 3 year old reported having made new friends. Would definitely come back again.

The staff in the babies room are very attentive and loving. I feel completely comfortable with them. My daughter was recently sick and the worry on their faces was just as strong as mine, so I know they truly care for their little friends! My one reason for not giving five stars is the size of the room and the fact that it’s hard for babies as they grow to be in such tight quarters.

Hand in Hand has been one of the best things that has happened to our family. They have given so much to my boys. I truly consider them family and can't imagine my boys' lives without them. I recommend Hand in Hand to everyone I come in touch with.

As a parent my main concern when I am not around is knowing that my little man is loved and well taken care of! I have no doubt that this is happening at Hand In Hand. The communication from his teachers is amazing and he is always happy to see all of his teachers. I also love getting the pictures and videos of him that they send everyday!

I wasn't sure to give 4 or 5 stars but I'm leaning towards 5 just because the staff has been extremely kind and patient with my son during a tough time in his life. I do not agree with the review given 4 months ago. All meals are prepared on site, their activities are geared towards age and have implemented a No Tears handwriting program that is really working. I'm editing my review to remove any qualification. This really is a top-notch facility and I highly recommend anyone with preschool-aged kids or younger too check them out.
