The tour was nice. I've been on the wait list since March or April of 2022. Wait list are wait list so I get it, but they should just say 'it could be 2 years' instead of giving the line about babies constantly aging out of the nursery. Despite all of that, this review is mostly about Victoria. I had been on the list a while and would call to check my status. In January 2023 I spoke with Victoria and told her I needed to know something because I was preparing to go back to work in March. She told me she didn't see a reason why I shouldn't be able to start some time between March and June(the flex band that I told her would work for me). Then February 6, 2023 I received an email from Lenor asking of I wanted to stay on the wait lost. That's when I was informed they wouldn't have any openings until MAYBE September 2023. It's October 2023 and still haven't heard a peep from them. Not even a simple apology after I said Victoria had told me that. Maybe she doesn't understand that people need childcare to go to work and that she was wrong to say that my kid would have a spot and here we are looking towards the start of a new year and there is no spot in sight. The fee to get on the wait list is just them stealing money at this point. UPDATE: I'VE BEEN ON THE WAIT LIST THREE YEARS
