Wonderful staff! They have thought my son so much. He comes home regularly with new ideas and knowledge. I really feel like the staff is assisting with seeing my son up for success!

There seem to be a lot of haters reviewing this place. I am not discounting their experience, and there have been issues here in the past with FORMER employees, but I am providing a different and positive perspective. My son has been here since he was about four months old. He is now almost three. We have felt nothing but love, support, and community from this place. He is learning social and cognitive skills here. He has loved all three of his teachers, and so have my wife and I, dearly. Today they had all of the children putting on a Christmas show. It was so cool seeing two to four year olds singing Christmas carols in front of an audience of parents. I do not want to make this too long of a review so I will close. I am a father and a high school teacher and I would not change anything in terms of my choice of daycares. I highly recommend it to parents on the fence.

I witnessed a provider abuse a child and I immediately went to the director. She said I was lying and then tried to judge my own parenting. Then they refused to answer my calls. Do not go to them ever ever ever.

The director has been very unprofessional and uncooperative and it's a shame they let people like her work in a position like that (talk about wasting money). She will lie to the police and will not consider the feelings of the other parent who wants to be involved in his daughter's life. I don't believe someone with her kind of behavior should be running a daycare, however, I believe that it's the other staff that make that business thrive and successful. It's a shame the kind of things that happen behind closed doors by people who are suppose to uphold a reputation for caring for children. I've been taken off of the pick up list and was never originally enlisted as the father and when I tried to mitigate this situation with the director via court papers and further documentation, I was faced with a condescension and a biased demeanor. This daycare does not followed the state statutes that they are licensed to follow. It makes me concerned what else they are neglecting to follow. However, it's my belief that all dark things will eventually come into the light and be exposed

We have experienced issue after issue with this place and valid complaints have yielded nothing but unprofessional attitude and excuses, rather than accountability. My son reports that he is bullied and the staff do nothing but tell him "it's okay,, your okay" rather than address/correct the inappropriate behavior. They lose clothing items, fail to keep track of the kids things, and do not notify us of hardly anything. So after thousands of dollars down the drain and a near mental breakdown, we have to consider finding a new place for our children. My 5 year old reported to me that because they failed to let us know that we needed to supply them with sunscreen she and her brother both went without. She said because none of the sunscreen had her name on it she cannot have any and "it's okay to go out without having any." This was Wednesday June 22 2022. And it was sunny and 87-90 degrees out. When confronted about why we weren't given a specific checklist for summer camp the guy condecendingly snarked at my wife the response, "well if you look at the board back there you would see the checklist". Why weren't we furnished with this checklist and why also was it not mentioned in the sunscreen form that we had to fill out stating whether or not our child can apply it on her/his own? The board was labeled "teacher checklist" so why would we pay any attention to it? Uncooperative and unprofessional. If I could afford to not go to work, or my wife, I would protest this place for sure.
