However, some parents report poor communication from administrative staff, lack of support during enrollment, and concerns about handling special needs accommodations.
My son has gone here for the early Head Start and Head Start program the past two years and it has been the best experience. The teachers and staff here are absolutely wonderful, they have taught my son so much and he has loved coming every single day. It was truly so sad to know that he would be growing out of the program. I wish a program like this with such wonderful staff was like this with my first two children thank you so much Ms. Pam for everything that you have done and thank you, Mrs. Samia and Mr. Isaac, for taking such good care of my son. You have truly made a big impact on our lives.
I would like to give a big thank you to karen at the noblesville location! She gave me peace and ease in every step while admitting my son. She was very helpful and caring and answered every question. Not sure why there is bad reviews for the front desk staff because they were very sweet as well. They made me feel like we belong there and put me at ease with finding a good place for my son.
Teachers are 5 stars alone! The front office staff is very rude, it was my first time dropping off my sibling & I was told 4 times by 2 different ladies I can’t park where I was parked after I had already moved my car… there’s not a “no parking sign” anywhere in the lot… I get in to check my sibling & they are just looking at me like I know where my 4 year old is sister supposed to be. this is my first time in here do you ladies want to help me ? “Oh you have to take her yourself” okay in a building I’ve never been in… it was not even busy, as I was leaving they were just chatting gossip so who knows why they were so rude. Simple things like “good morning/thanks for coming in/have a good day/thanks for bringing your most cherished children to us” Staff was no help besides telling me where to park. I’m not one to leave reviews but damn if I didn’t feel welcomed how can I expect my siblings to feel welcomed? Hopefully this review is seen by the right people in charge.. Put a no parking sign if it’s so damn important to you ladies at the front. Teacher welcomed me at her door & Asked if my sister had eaten! What a great care-taker!
My son went here. They told me that they could work with special needs kids but they found a reason to send him home everyday. If you're broke and can't afford quality care, this is the place for your kid(s). I'm so glad that I found better care for my son.
This location, do not communicate with the parents very well. They let you know about information that you had no idea of very late. I had to keep calling to find out what was taking my child so long to start school when we had already did orientation and also seen the teacher. I felt that they was giving me the runaround, the problem was because of my child food allergies that I thought they had fixed before he started school. Which they never did had his food ready. They are not very honest. I did everything I could when they was not trying. They failed on their part, for not letting me know a lot of things that I had to find out when it was to late and they put my child back on the waiting list. This is the worst experience that I had with just trying to get my son in school. He has been in the program before at the SE side and they was more nicer over there. I changed location because I moved over to this side. I have been trying to keep me patience. This have me very upset. Who ever is over this location, hopefully you see this.
