It’s hard to find a daycare center where you know your child is not only safe and loved but your child also loves it just as much and is thriving being there! My daughter has been here since she was 6mos old, And We Absolutely love this place! The Staff is AMAZING! We will be heartbroken next year when she turns 5 and has to leave them to start Kdg. It was an absolute blessing having this peace of mind for 5 years!
Came here for my covid vaccine and frankly was not sure what my experience would be, when you consider everything you see on the news tends to focus on poor experiences. Well the news should come here, this organization is so well staffed coordinated professional and kind on a human level. As with any event there were people who had their paperwork and appointment, going through without a problem, and then there was some others who had challenges with their appointment or paperwork. As the nature of getting this vaccine requires you to queue in line and then sit afterwards for 15 minutes waiting I had a lot of time to observe what was going on, and I'm really impressed. Every staff member was patient, clear, articulate and most importantly kind. There's an art to being kind multiple times with multiple people, especially when in an ideal world people would have understood the pre-provided guidelines. The entire time I was there I saw nothing but a well-organized well-staffed organization. as I walked through the hallways and the different rooms for processing, then into what seemed to be a gymnasium for the actual vaccine, I can say the place was surprisingly clean not just of visible litter, but the floors were clean the hallways didn't seem to have any dust, it seemed bright and an overall nice place. Signage for daily activities was clear well placed and mounted, it's obvious they work with a lot of people on a lot of different things. Based on this experience which could have been very stressful, I would have to imagine that their normal day-to-day operations are outstanding.
I only went there for black wall street, which was outside in the parking lot, so I don't have much to say about the inside off the establishment. The set up for this event was great though. There's a small lot for parking, but plenty of street parking too.
I believe that the parents or who is picking up a child should not have to stand out in the cold have a extra place for the Family yes I do get cold in 4mins and I am Dress properly well have someone bring the child to the car...
