Hacap Head Start-Inn Circle

Been here near 3 years and recently it's gone down hill. First off the infestation of bed bugs and roaches. It took 3 treatments and funds out of my pocket just to try to control. I Even asked to move from this apartment and got lied to.Then there's the trouble, break ins or attempted that go down. Drugs ect. They consider this place family friendly yet there's been major issues when it comes down to structural and the people in it. To me it seems that this place is going downhill in a massive way. No security control and trashed.care to live in a bed bug/ roach infested apartment

This has got to be one of the worst places to visit let alone live. I understand the need for affordable housing but this place is beyond run down. Staff of some sort told a friend of ours he had to leave because he doesn't live there, after the friend told him he was there to visit his family. The staff threatened to call the police. So apparently when you live at Inn Circle your not allowed to even have your own family visit. Sounds like being punished for not having enough resources to live elsewhere.

It took a week for the housing employee to give a business address to a homeless client who had to complete her application. The client is still waiting for copies of the paperwork she signed at her initial appointment and that she requested. Being disabled and 65 puts her at a disadvantage. It's important to remember the young, strong criminal transplants from Chicago and other big cities take precedent over the local homeless people.

Nice place for those who couldn't normally have their own apartment. Clean, quiet. Kids playing. Quite nice!

Great place to raise kids. Very family orientated with limited turnover and a superior vetting system to filter out any troublemakers and tomfoolery 😺🌈 😇💯👍
