We had my son’s 6th birthday party here on Saturday and it was fantastic! We did 30 mins sports, 1 hour on the play gym and 30 mins pizza/cup cakes. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They took all of our decorations and prepared for the party (even using some of their own!) and made a beautiful set up. They helped us to the car and did an amazing job catering to the kids for safety, pizza and cupcakes. The kids had a great time running amok. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out!
We recently went to Elev8 Athletics for a 4th birthday party - the kids all had a great time! They loved bouncing on the inflatables and playing on the indoor jungle gym. The private party room was spacious and bright, and the pizza was great. We are hoping to come back another weekend for the "open play" time in the space.
Edited to include that the business made it right and refunded the remaining visits in our package. —- My husband and I came to play with our toddler today and the place is a complete disaster! Filthy. There were 3 staff hanging out in the office area, and they were comfortable taking money without describing the state of the place, but noone came in to pick up all afternoon.
They would get a positive review but I drove 40 minutes 3 times this week to have one day the back rooms being painted and unavailable. The last two times the turf (which is not part of elevate8) which is bs was not open because of camp and there’s 15 people playing on the huge turf. Staff wouldn’t even offer me a discount when we can’t use half the place and I really wanted my daughter to run around. They are about making money not making people happy they are a cash cow who can care less Sebastian changed my experience by listening and adapting to our children’s needs with compassion and enthusiasm and it’s much appreciated
I walked in to see what a camp session looked like during spring break to get a feel of what the summer camp was like. No one was at the front desk to help [doors unlocked/no security], all I heard was "Get over here now!!!" being yelledby an extremely young employee/counselor, while the kids ran around her with nerf guns. Seemed like a total mess. Be leary of dropping off your kids here. Kids watching kids....no thanks. My son + I left and will never go back.
