This is an amazing facility. I emailed in the middle of the year when our other daycare kept shutting down due to lack of staff, and they responded within a week. They are amazingly priced, and the staff is caring. They are so energetic and they really engage with the kids. They invite parents to drop by any time and they are super flexible. Love them!
I reached out to this facility via email and waited for almost a full week with no response. I would be hard pressed to send children here, if this is the level of their responsiveness to the adults that would be paying them for services, I cannot imagine what their level of responsiveness is towards children. Very disappointing.
