Guntersville Child Development Center

I will start by saying- I have never had any issues with any of the teachers, the ones my children had during their time there were pretty great actually. Unfortunately the woman in the front office is incredibly rude, dismissive, and downright hateful. I have watched her talk to teachers and other parents like dogs. She has run off multiple teachers and now she is doing the same to parents! She treats people like they’re beneath her, and constantly gets an attitude with you. This daycare has the potential to be a great place, if they would get rid of this nasty and hateful woman!

Day 1 My daughter looks at me and says mommy I am grown up now I am in school. Mom- sobs and wiped tears Daughter - mommmmm don’t cry. I will be right here. Me- ummm I think I am suppose to be telling you this. As a parent we are concerned, will my child miss me? Will they comfort her when she cries? Will they call me if she needs me? When I went to register my daughter they asked me to draw a pic or write a letter so she will have it on her desk for the first day of school. The first thought that come to mind was I have always comforted her by holding her. So I Trace my hand. I wrote a note to go with it. For some reason it gave me comfort on that first day. The teacher also sent me pictures throughout the day. When I picked her up she was so excited to tell me all about her day. She ran over to the teacher and gave her a hug. To the parents reading this choosing the correct Daycare is important not only for Your child that for you to miss Daycare has good people working there they’re good to the kids they are good to me that’s important

Love miss Alyssa Bonds to watch the little ones. She’s caring and considerate and actually makes everyone feel like they belong if for no one else come here for her.

this place is very dangerous to send your children. Staff is rude and doesn’t follow the health policy. very unprofessional.
