I was always hesitant of daycares until Growing Tree. They are top notch, well staffed, and very attentive. I feel great about leaving our kids in their care.
If I could give them more stars I would. My nieces have been going here for 2ish years and my youngest niece has definitely benefited from it, she started going there around 7-9 months old and they taught her sign language, did her hair all pretty, she has a better vocabulary then any other 3 year old I know. My oldest nieces never want to go to school but I have not once heard them complain about going to daycare. The activities are so beneficial and a great learning experience for all 3 girls. I’m having my baby in December and refuse to take her anywhere else. I love this place!
I tried four day cares before coming to Growing Tree. They have treated us amazingly from day one! Ms. Kendyl has been a blessing to our family - treating my daughter just like one of her own. They have a speech pathologist that visits the center frequently, if you little one needs therapy! My newborn son just started attending, and I know he's well cared for. The pick-ups/drop-offs can get busy in the parking lot, but it's worth it to know my kids are safe, cared for, and learning! I've never had a bad experience here!
I am not one to leave reviews, but I will in this situation to spare others from the horrors of dealing with this daycare. My kids have never attended this center (thank goodness) but other members of my family have used it for their children. The enrollment staff is extremely unprofessional. They like to screen phone calls when you call to keep your name on the wait list, (yes, you have to call every 2 weeks to remain on a wait list) and Tamra is the only person whom you can speak to in regards to your enrollment. There does appear to be a "good ole' boys" list, and if you know someone you can get enrolled quickly, but if not, well good luck! They say the wait is roughly 2 years! (can you imagine, that it takes 2 years for a newborn to move out of the baby class?) When you question the way the enrollment is handled, the attitudes turn vicious. I question the type of care you receive from this center if this is how you are treated just during enrollment. I am certain the care children receive must equal the attitudes/behavior shown from the staff. Worst experience to date with a center, and we were never enrolled.
My grandson has been attending here the past 2 years. They are truly amazing. He loves the workers and the owner is very hands on and much like a mother/grandma to the kids. The create lessons during the day and have centers very much like school setting. Great care!
