Growing Tree Academy

The Growing Tree Academy has been a wonderful part of our lives. As parents, nothing matters more than knowing your child is safe, happy, and well cared for—and that’s exactly what we found here. One of the things we really appreciated was having camera access. Being able to check in on our daughter throughout the day gave us so much peace of mind, especially in the beginning. But what truly made the difference was the amazing staff. Ms. Mirna helped our daughter settle in with so much love and patience. Ms. Martha, her current teacher, is incredibly kind and teaches in such a calm and effective way. Every time I visited, she would take the time to show us what the kids were working on—always with a smile. Ms. Toma’s cheerful greetings in the morning and afternoon always lifted my spirits—her positivity is contagious! And Ms. Trudy truly knows and understands the children. Even during quick chats, she’s shared parenting advice that has really stayed with me. We couldn’t have asked for a better daycare experience. It truly felt like a second home for our daughter, and we’ll always be grateful to the team at Growing Tree :-)

Great Staff, caring and what a pleasure it was to have my Twins at the Growing Tree Academy. Could not ask for a better preparation for Kindergarten!!! Thank you to all the staff who served our children like their own.

Update: Because of the exceptional education my daughter received, she got into the private school of her choice. She received offers from two highly competitive private schools, one being St Thomas. Without a doubt the academia here is superior to other preschools. This school has been a blessing for our family. From the first day, Ms Trudy, Ms Crystal, Ms Gracie, and Ms Toma, welcomed us with open arms and made my child instantly feel safe. Ms Gracie is a gift from God. She loves each child as her own. She works one on one with each child to make sure they are academically ready for a kindergarten. There is never chaos in the classroom. Ms Gracie, with ease, ensures the children behave and have respect for her and their classmates. I’ve never met a more qualified teacher. We are applying to private schools for the Fall. All the teachers and administrators have been incredible through the whole application process. I would not have been able to get through the process without their help. I know, come Fall, my kid will be ready to attend a top private school in Houston. I sleep soundly at night knowing my daughter is at the best preschool with the best teacher. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Amazing childcare - great and caring staff. Had my two kids (now ages 1.5 and 4) since they were 6 months and 2 years old but moved away and had to chance daycare. We had such an amazing peace of mind knowing that they were in great hands! All the teachers know all the kids’ name and it feels like a big family environment. Director and front desk staff also always make you feel welcome. Kids are still talking about all their teachers!

I absolutely love the Growing Tree. My son has been going here for 11 months. We started him when he was just four months old, when I had to go back to work. We chose the Growing Tree after looking at many other day cares in the area because when we toured, the teachers in the rooms seemed to love their jobs. You can really tell that they care for the kids. The teachers are very sweet and I love seeing how much he loves them. You are greeted every time you walk in the door and I love their open door policy. I also really appreciate that they have the cameras in each room. Every time I see my son on camera, the teachers are on the floor playing and interacting with the kids. You can really tell the staff at The Growing Tree loves and cares for the children.
