We are incredibly thankful to The Growing Place and the loving care it has provided our family for the past three years. My children have been attending The Growing Place since 2021 and we’ve always been happy with the care and attention they’ve been given. We’ve come to make friends and further be engaged with our neighbors from the relationships we’ve built here. We get updates all day long and communication lines stay open. My kids are safe, comfortable, fed, and happy, which is all I really need - the education is just bonus! 😃
My one year old daughter spent just one day at this daycare and came home with hand, foot, and mouth disease. She has never been sick before, I’m very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness 🤦🏽♀️
I absolutely love The Growing Place. I have had my child at two other centers before I found the Growing Place. My child is nonverbal and gets looked over. Kinda lost in the crowd at other centers. He needs just a little bit of extra attention and assistance. He’s two. The Growing Place understood his needs right away and he is thriving there. It’s not the newest but it’s warm and inviting. The staff show him lots of love and compassion. I don’t feel like he’s lost in the crowd anymore. Ms. Barb is a wonderful lady who really care who she hires for the center. She doesn’t just hire people to fill a spot. Her teachers are kind and compassionate. I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Richmond area
My child has been at TGP for two years now. I want to share with other parents what a truly wonderful experience he has had over the past two years. My child is nonverbal and Autistic. As you can imagine entrusting his care to anyone can be very scary. I had him at two different centers and was thinking I may have to quit work and stay home with him. I was truly worried about his day to day care needs and overall safety. From this first day to now I can truly say that at TGP he has received the best care!! All the teachers know what he likes and they let him be hisself and keep home safe. He is loved and cared for every day. I’m making a second review because I want parents to know what an amazing experience we have had with the center. We are so thankful for each of you at TGP.
