At first I liked this place but after my child has attended this facility for over a year I come to find it very unprofessional. Specifically the older toddlers teachers don't help all the children equally and fairly. Gina specifically said that these kinds get on her nerves and my child was one of the kids she named. Riley the head of the school made a comment stating " People that don't pay for daycare don't care what type of service they receive" and she thinks just because she is getting her Doctoral of education that she is better than you and will belittle you in conversation because she feels you don't comprehend/ understand what she just said to you. They have terrible communication, they let the kids go to the restroom by themselves and I know this because my child has come home with boo boo stains in a few pairs of draws. The icing on the cake for me was when my mother recently told me that when she went to go check on him in his class room she couldn't find him. She asked the teachers that were standing in the class talking where was he, they stated in the bathroom nonchalantly. When she found my child he was standing in a corner crying to the top of his lungs soaking wet. Like how careless are y'all? They never had any parent teacher conferences with me at all. Please take your kids to a place that actually CARES ABOUT THE CARE THEY GIVE CHILDREN.
