We love this daycare. Our baby has been going here since she was about a month old, she’s now almost 10 months old. The staff not only treats our baby great, but they treat us amazing as well. They are very understanding if “something comes up”. The staff keeps us informed about anything going on with our child. If I have any concerns or questions, they are always pleasant and willing to help with anything. I even recommended them to our neighbors and now their child goes here too. Great place!
My kids have been going here for years, they are kind, caring and attentive. And have always done an amazing job with my son who's special needs! I can't recommend them enough and their pricing is very reasonable for the area! Billing has always been on time and consistent.
This is a great place to go if you enjoy guessing what your bill will be every month because they went 6 months without invoicing me then hit me with a huge bill including late fees. Despite me asking every month for updated invoices. They also will not ID anyone there to pick up kids and don't lock the doors. They lost my daughter's records and expected my pediatrician to send new records with old dates on them. Went in twice to pick up new forms to fill out, by then they magically found 3 of the forms they said I never turned in. I did contact the board of licensing about the missing paperwork.
We went to tour the place to our baby on the waitlist and immediately got bad vibes. I had called a week prior to set up the tour, when I got there, first off doors aren’t locked so anyone can just enter, two of the workers were walking around barefooted, babies and toddlers were all crying. We will NOT be sending our child here.
Highly recommend this place! They are so accommodating with my crazy schedule. They have an app that let's you know how they're doing,diaper changes and what they're eating throughout the day.The staff is fantastic and have done wonders with my very shy and timid child. They treat her like their own,can't thank them enough.
