Growing Hearts

I am beyond disgusted with the experience I had with this daycare. From the very beginning, something felt off, but I never imagined how bad it truly was. The staff members are unprofessional, constantly gossiping and bad-mouthing each other right in front of the children and parents. It’s like walking into a high school drama scene instead of a place that’s supposed to care for kids. Even worse, I witnessed one of the staff yell at a child and grab them aggressively—completely unacceptable behavior in ANY childcare setting. I’m not the only one who’s seen this either; other parents have expressed similar concerns. The staff clearly aren’t properly trained or emotionally equipped to care for children. Some of them act like they don’t even like kids. This place is toxic—mentally and emotionally. If you love your child and want them in a safe, nurturing environment, do NOT bring them here. I’m reporting them to the proper authorities because no child should ever have to experience what I saw.

I’m writing this review as a very concerned person to warn others about what’s happening at Growing Hearts Daycare. There have been multiple incidents involving children being PHYSICALLY MISTREATED by staff. I was absolutely horrified to learn that children have been hit or handled aggressively- something that SHOULD NEVER happen in any licensed childcare facility. NO child deserves to be treated this way, especially in a place that’s SUPPOSED TO CARE FOR AND PROTECT THEM. If you’re a parent considering this daycare, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. No level of convenience or cost savings is worth risking your child’s emotional or physical safety. I sincerely hope this faculty is investigated and held accountable before more children are harmed.

Had both my boys in this day care for about a year. My boys loved it and loved their teachers. If we ever need a day care again, I hope they have a spot open for the to return.
