Grove Community Church Preschool

Not a very welcoming or friendly church. They push for small groups which I understand as it makes that big church feel a somewhat small, and I joined one but there was no connection. It’s also a heavily white population that attends and while it’s a church, as an Asian American I’ve experience discrimination and condescending behaviors and comments. What can you really do thought, right? It is what it is. Some people just go to church just to say they go to church, but nothing inside them changes. Their praise team is really good though, especially when Criston is there, when he’s not, it's not as solid. Ptr. Daniel is always good. Gets point across and makes the sermon easy to understand and follow.

Ive been going there for 5 years and now I had issue with one of the prayer people up front , she rudely interrupted me when me and Sal or Sid was talking privately. Lady said hey there is someone that needs prayer. I told the lady to be courteous and i told her she could have said excuse me I didn't mean to interrupt . I confronted her about it and she got all hostile at me and even her husband Sid or Sal , was on her side . That situation wasn't resolved , she could have been nicer and calmer but she wasn't. Little later i tried to talk to her husband is name Sid or Sal , she was in the restroom she came out got all hostile on me again and her husband had to hold her back . When I tried to talk this out . She started using God word against me. I told her she could be nice. She wasn't all . When I told a pastor about this he didn't even care about what I said .

Very welcoming Church that is active in bettering the Riverside community. Housing for homeless, great family friendly events and a friendly congregation that shares positive scripture for Christians. Was baptized there and appreciate the fellowship of the place of worship. God is good.

Been attending for about a decade. Tried other churches but this is my home! Love it 🥰

Thank you to The Grove ministry and family. Ever since we stepped foot in this church it was like God knew what he was doing with my family. Thank you for truly focusing on the gospel and educating us on the true word of God. Thank you for focusing on the bible and providing so many tools/classes to grow in your spiritual relationship with God/discipline to turn from sin. My fiance was catholic before finding the Grove and I never would have thought I’d experience the man of God he is now. Thank you for providing a safe space to heal and transform into a true ambassador of Jesus Christ. Thank you for taking care of us and our children. May God continue to keep his hand over The Grove so that we may continue to bring his children home to his kingdom.
