They looked at me and my family like we didn't belong there. As well as the members who attend there. Fake nice but gave judgemental. We only used the family restroom and left. Never felt so uncomfortable. I guess seeing 3 black people wasn't on their list.
I am a new member of Y and one day came in to use the sauna and hot tub for the first time in years. I forgot my towel and so I asked front desk for a towel and told me they DON’T HAVE TOWELS. Really? What gym doesn’t have towels especially For a gym that includes a swimming pool. And one of the staff instead of saying “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” she RUDELY said…”well you’re gonna have to bring your own towel.” It’s just so rude. And front desk staff are not all nice. They have the same kind of attitude when in the phone with them. One time this lady told me that it would be an open pool so I packed all the stuff my kiddos need and drove all the way come to find out that there’s no open swim. Do you know how inconvenient that is?
Love it...it's a nice community the sauna is clean and the pool is always open unlike most of them.
If you are a young slim thick figured woman DONT GO TO THE POOL these lifeguards stare me down everytime I’m in there the pool, hotub, or even near the bathrooms or even not in the pool area at all the women and men just stare and it’s weird as hell get ahold of your staff 😭 ✋
