From the top down, the dedication of the owner and the attentiveness of Director Lisa have been evident in every interaction. Shortly after my daughter started, they received the Four-Star Texas Rising Star rating, which is the highest rating a childcare center can receive. Their commitment to excellence and responsiveness has made the transition seamless for us as parents. The staff is a testament to the center’s professionalism. Despite only one staff member leaving during our time, the continuity and care provided by the remaining team members have been exemplary. It’s clear they are well-trained, responsible, and genuinely enjoy their work. Cost-wise, Grins N Giggles is fair and reasonable, but what truly sets them apart is their commitment to quality. Their staff is friendly and they clearly only hire people who love working with children. I believe they are one of the largest centers in Wood county and they have clearly figured systems to manage all of the important details.
