I am giving this 3 stars as of right now. When first inquiring about the daycare openings I was not receiving timely responses nor was the customer service from the director friendly. My daughter seems to like it there and I do like how they give you a paper every day that lists your child's activities, diaper changes and what they eat, however the customer service is still lacking and they are NOT friendly. There have been many instances where I have been ignored completely. And I have noticed that they post barely/ if any photos of my child who is bi-racial. They do not seem very professional and I recently spoke with the director on the phone and she kept interrupting me mid-sentence and would not even let me speak and was acting like I was an inconvenience to her! For how much this daycare charges I am not very impressed. I was told that this daycare was great! I am hoping that things improve and I receive better service. As of right now I do not recommend this daycare but I plan on speaking with the director again, hopefully she is more professional and friendly and I will feel more comfortable with their services in the near future.
