I am giving them no stars due to the fact that my son was not being supervised and could have died. They do not have proper child safety locks and therefore my son got out of the daycare and was in the middle of old Jacksonville all alone. They blamed it all on my son and said he unlocked the door and opened it and that’s how he got out. He is 2 and can’t reach the lock!!!! And why was there not a lock at the top of the door or a child proof door nob????? I will never take my children here ever again!!!!
The worst experience at any day care so far. So some kid at day care bit my son so hard that it has left a mark on his arm. Nobody bothered to report it to us until we get there to pick him up. I am not sure this is the best place for my child if people working here are not careful enough to watch what kids are up to at all times. I am expecting a call from the director tomorrow or I am taking it to the next level of complaints.
My children have been attending Gresham heights for over 3 years now and we love it! Everyone is so friendly and we know our children are in good hands, learning and having fun, while we work.
