To the previous review, that was not a little girl that was my son. And before you go jumping to conclusions about anyone who works at this facility, you need to ask questions. Yes I turned my son's face to me, yes I grabbed him by his arm. I EXPECT my children to do as they are told, when they are told, and exactly how they are told. And for anyone who has an issue with this please feel free to contact ME.
I was at the Cinemark Theater today 06.19.19 and they had a field trip the Caucasian lady in the blue scrubs physically harmed the children two times that im aware of once by twisting what looked like a 4 year olds arm for putting her finger in her mouth then yelled in her ear her mouth was about two inches from the childs ear the second time she told the children to line up shortest to tallest she gripped a child also about 3 or 4 years old by their jaw squeezing very tightly yelling at them saying arent you the smallest each time there was a black staff member literally 5 feet away looking and doing and saying nothing. I SUGGEST ASKING YOUR KIDS IF THEY HAD HANDS LAID ON THEM AND EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT WAYS SOMEONE CAN LAY HANDS ON YOU SHES ABUSIVE.
