What Parents Say
Greenbush Child Caring has highly polarized reviews with ratings ranging from 1/5 to 4/5. The single positive review praises friendly staff, personalized attention, and responsive communication. The majority of reviews cite serious concerns including administrative incompetence, declining program quality, inadequate child supervision and safety (sunburn/dehydration incident), poor staff conduct, lack of parental cooperation, and refusal to cover medical costs.
wasting your money, the entire administrative team are a complete joke. they don’t care about your kids or their employees, just filling their pockets with your money. they need to retire and find a whole new administration team because as long as i’ve known these people(10+ years) the quality of this program has and continues to significantly decline. so sad and disappointing.
I went their when I was in elementary school and I was a legend among the counselors. My two friends, Noah and Nick, and I were very well known and loved by many counselors except for the head counselor Rachel. She made sure that our experience at after care was terrible. It has given me and my friends many good memories but we were treated very poorly sometimes. I don’t know what it is like these days but when I was their it was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it.
I've used them since my son was in kindergarten. The staff is always friendly, and give a lot of personalized attention to the kids. They have a lot of different activities to keep the kids occupied, and they are always well cared for. If there is ever an incident, either an accident, injury, or a problem with another child, they are quick to communicate and resolve the issue. I'm VERY grateful that they have cared for my son.
As the other negative reviews say, this place is absolutely a horrible environment for children to prosper and develop. There’s a handful of other programs in the EG area for kids, try out those instead. Please don’t let your kids experience trauma just because you dealt with what you were stuck with.
Horrible place, my child was left sunburnt and dehydrated then I had to pick him up from camp. And take him up to the doctors & GCC refused to cover any medical costs.
