The most amazing school ever! Made the right choice by enrolling my daughter here. The entire staffs are super duper amazing. Parents are always involved in school activities such as reading, helping them little projects and so much more. I love it that all the kids have different backgrounds or from different cultures/ethnicity and they learn from one another. The most important thing what I truly love is that they teach the kids about the Bible and God. My daughter lovesss to pray and loves to talk about Jesus. It brings tear to my eyes when she always talk about Jesus. This is the perfect school if you are looking for a place that focuses more one on one with your child when or if they need help. The staffs are the most amazing human beings ever. I love all of them!!!
This is the best kept secret in education in Henderson. Coming from out of state, we had very high expectations. We visited and questioned many schools before finding this. We were thrilled with this Kindergarten program - the teachers, the director, and the staff. Because it's smaller than most, there is greater individual attention to each child. The teachers are actual licensed and certified educators (unlike most private ed). The parents formed an instant community, which helped the children adjust and be comfortable enough to learn. If you're looking to force rote academics upon a 3-5 year old, this isn't the place for you. If you want your child to flourish, to know God, to have a balanced childhood and education, where she/he will be surrounded by genuine care and growth opportunities, this is the best in all Henderson. We only wish it continued through all elementary grades.
Amazing preschool and kindergarten. Our daughter attended for all 3 years of the program. The teachers are amazing and the experiences for both the children and families are priceless. There is no other place to attend kindergarten in Las Vegas. The school provides a loving Christian learning environment with a small class size of only 15 kindergarteners that fully prepares the kids for first grade and beyond. We highly recommend this school!
All four of my children attended GVUM Preschool & Kindergarten and it was the best start to their education. Each of my kids left Kinder with an ability to read that helped first grade not be a struggle academically. Mrs. Bodin showers the students with love and encouragement and builds a strong foundation for each child as an individual. We love GVUM School!! They still wait for any opportunity to come and visit the classroom to see their favorite teacher and help the students.
Both of my kids attend this school and love goingto school every day. The love and attention they get from their teachers is so special. They have learned and grown so much both academically and spiritually. I highly recommend this school.
