We love Green Thumb! I’ve sent both my children here for daycare, preschool, and summer camp programs. Staff is wonderful and caring, and everything is streamlined with the new app (pickup, drop off, payments, and communication between staff and parents). Their hours are great for working parents, and rates are reasonable. We will always recommend Green Thumb.
I have visited many daycares in the ocean county area as a service provider and I can say that Green Thumb ranks at the top. They have excellent communication with parents and staff, they truly care about each child and their needs, and have very good safety measures in place. I highly recommend.
Wonderful, caring staff! My son is always happy when I pick him up and in a good mood! It's our second year at Green Thumb and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention my son receives❤️ they are like family ❤️ everyone is so attentive, kind, caring and goes above and beyond for his needs.
My daughter has attended their school for about two weeks. She caught RSV only being there 2-3 times a week from their infant room. We were not informed of any other baby having this level of illness and our daughter was hospitalized for this. She could not hold any fluids down. I feel it is neglectful to not inform other parents about something like this and it is wrong to allow sick children in the facility especially when it can be a life threatening illness to our daughter.
My son attended this school for a short period of time. He was enrolled during a custodity battle without my knowledge because his father stopped paying for the one we agreed upon in court. My son would come home with black eyes, bruises, and cuts every time they released him to me. I asked for incident reports on multiple occasions, and they refused to provide them. I was belittled by many teachers because I didn't pay the bill there, and the person who held the account there still owes them money. (Karma). My son now attends Cherry Lane and graduated preschool and doesn't come home covered in unexplained marks. Please do not enroll your child here.
