The best school in New Jersey ! My son went to greatstart for the first 3 years of his life and I could honestly say they were MY VILLAGE!!! In Greatstart the teachers love the kids unconditionally. Greatstart is our home away from home. They taught my boy manners, caring, and gave him a love for letters and numbers that he will carry with him throughout his life.

Greatstart Early Learning of South Plainfield is a wonderful place that I was so lucky to have my children grow up in for 7 years! The teachers and directors not only caring and patient with my children, but they also taught them so much. My children were extremely ready and prepared for Kindergarten and beyond. This is not a babysitting daycare...these teachers are giving everything they have day after day to make sure our children are learning in a fun, safe, supportive, and loving environment. From day one when my first son started at 10 weeks old, I have never looked back. Best decision I ever made for entrusting my children with the staff at Greatstart Early Learning of South Plainfield. No regrets! I highly highly recommend. 5 stars!

My three year old son loves attending school here! He has been in three different classes and can't decide on who his favorite teachers are because every teacher knows him so personally - from Ms. Becky and Ms. Sierra to Ms. Sequoia, Ms. Terry, Ms. Julie and now Ms. Mahi and Ms. Hamida. My family and friends often comment on how much he's learned for his age and how quickly he is able to pick up new concepts. The teachers have done such a great job with preparing my son for life-long learning, as he's using those skills to learn new things daily! One reason why I chose this center was for the cleanliness of the facility. I switched over from a different daycare because my kids were getting sick too often, but here they've only been sick 2-3 times a year even my 10 month old has only been sick once or twice since we enrolled him. We're thankful for Ms. Janice and the team's diligence on keeping up a clean facility, as they clean and disinfect daily. Another reason I chose this center was for the teachers and their commitment to my kids. Many of the teachers have been here a long-time and are experienced with children, whereas other centers I've visited/been to have a high-turn over of their staff. I can tell from the interactions that the teachers here love the kids and love what they do! Would totally recommend Greatstart to any parent looking for great care and curriculum for their child!

Teachers here are caring and warm. They are good at working with what they have, space and toys wise. The indoors and playground could benefit from some minor facelift. But that’s just cosmetic what really matters when kids stay in the daycare everyday for long hours is that they feel comfortable and connect with their caregiver and that’s how my son felt about his greatstart teachers. They were prompt when we got to the potty training stage. Kids here develop very good verbal communication, reading, writing skills. Lastly a shout out to the director who has been running this place smoothly since years.

Truly a great start for kids to begin their learning! My son has picked up so many things in terms of toilet training, social skills as well as his academic learning, and has improved for the past 7-8 months that he has been there. Inspite of knowing how to use the toilet at home, he was a little hesitant to do it in school but Ms. Hamida was awesome in training him and graduating him to the next class last September. In Pre-K, my son really loved Ms. Sheryl and also liked Ms. Latifa. These teachers do Kindergarten as well.
