The front desk lady was no help at all. I went in to get an application and wanted to walk around and get familiar with the location. I also wanted to have my 2 year old son go to the kids club and I was told only members could go in. I browsed online and found out they offer day passes which if the lady had offered I would have paid but she wasn’t interested in helping. Not at all what the Y advertises they need to hire someone else who is willing to help or retrain this lady. Very disappointed!!
Good indoor swimming pool, with enthusiastic coaches. Also has gym and other work out place. Best place for your kids to spend quality time under good care. Yes, the YMCA admits all children irrespective of their disabilities.
The pool is updated and super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I love the lowell YMCA!! They are fabulous! From the pool to cardio machines and weight training, it's decked out. The personal training and cancer patient/survivor programming are also great! They even have a physical therapy group onsite which has been great for my family. Staff are friendly and helpful, overall great place!
Im unsure why but my family and I are at peace here. Super kind staff, and people. Older facility but constantly upgraded. Awesome programs for children and the love for children is genuine.
