This is terrible after school program. My sister signed up her children for transportation and on the first day they were left outside standing. My sister went to complain as to why they weren’t picked up and the owner is also a pastor shrugged his shoulders and said “What I’m posed to do and that he wasn’t going though paper work to find out the correct information”. This is a Terrible way of handling a business especially with children. Please do not reserve him for a bus service or a church home.
The summer camp staff is horrible. They treat the kids as though it is a concentration camp. They make the kids stand in the sun with extended arms if they don't stop talking. They scream at the kids all day. The camp and staff are not up to code with Florida compliance laws. Extensive background checks are not done on staff members. Everything is completely unorganized and unsafe for children. I would not ever feel comfortable with bringing my sonback you this camp.
This is regarding their before-school/drop-off program. This year alone, they have 1) failed to drop my child off to their home school, never called either parent to notify us that they failed to drop my child off and was still at the facility (only found out because the home school called saying my child was absent for an important event hours later into the school day), only to try to deflect blame away from themselves by lying on dad, and 2) failed to address directly or call either parent about a medical situation that my child shared with staff, "justified" it by saying they didn't have either parent's phone number on-hand, got upset (pastor) when I inquired about next steps to ensure protocol (if any) and proper communication takes place regarding my child's wellbeing, lied on my child about the outcome of the day's event (child said actions claimed by another staff member to address the situation did not happen), then after the trend of poor communication, refused to speak (pastor) while I was on the same line about my child upon them calling dad.
My grandson goes here. My frost time dropping him off. The staff was very friendly and nice. Class was clean and smelled good.
