Greater Heights School

An easy 5 stars and a whole-hearted recommendation to any parent in the Heights. Our two sons each started at GHS at 4 months old (~2.5 years apart), and we would certainly still be there had we not moved out of state! The school is well run, the facility is clean and accommodating, the prepared lunches/snacks and hours are a huge help for working parents, and— most importantly— the teachers clearly love the kids. Several of our older son’s teachers were our younger son’s teachers as well, and it felt like EVERYBODY knew and cared for them. An extra special thanks to Ms. Mercedes, Ms. Anallely, Ms. Deissy, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Lola, Ms. Alondra, Ms. Manel, Ms. Veronica, and Ms. Rios (among others!) — our little guys miss you! We’re happy and grateful to have been part of the GHS family for almost four years. Thank you so much, we wish all of you the best!

We started my daughter at GHS at 2.5 months old. She has never been distressed when we’ve picked her up. Her teachers are so caring and attentive. They are very communicative throughout the day and pass along updates on how our girl is doing. The facilities are clean and well organized and the administrative staff is always available to answer any questions we have.

We absolutely loved our time at Greater Heights School! Our son started when he was just 6 months old and attended until he was 2.5 years old. From day one, it was clear how much the staff genuinely cares for each child, every teacher in the building knew his name, not just his own teachers. The level of love, attention, and personalized care he received was incredible. He learned so much during his time there, and we saw him grow and thrive every day. We will forever be grateful for the foundation they gave him and only hope we can find another school that even comes close. Thank you, Greater Heights, for everything!

Greater Heights School has been absolutely amazing for our family. I’ve seen my son flourish emotionally, socially, and academically under their thoughtful care and nurturing environment. The teachers and staff go above and beyond to create a space where children feel safe, challenged, and supported. We are genuinely impressed by the school’s commitment to creating a safe and fun environment for the kids! They took the time to teach him how to potty train and also provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks which is helpful for busy parents! They also take the kids outdoors twice a day which our son loves. Parking is never an issue and the staff is always friendly and patient!

Our family has had the most wonderful experience at Greater Heights School. My son started in April 2023, just 15 months old at the time, and he has absolutely thrived here. From the very beginning, he was welcomed into a warm, loving environment that made drop-offs easy and pick-ups joyful. He has been so happy at Greater Heights—he loves going to school, talks about his teachers and friends with so much excitement, and brings home the sweetest art projects every week. He’s learned so much during his time there, and I’ve seen firsthand how supported and engaged he feels every single day. We’ve been lucky to have had such caring, thoughtful teachers along the way—Ms. Alma, Ms. Dairy, Ms. Alize, Ms. Maria, Ms. Martha, Ms. Sofia, and Ms. Naomi—each of whom has made a special impact on our son. They’ve created a space where he feels safe, seen, and celebrated. I truly cannot recommend Greater Heights School enough. It’s been a gift to our family, and I’ll continue to share our glowing recommendation with any parents looking for a nurturing, enriching, and joyful early childhood experience.
