The team at Great New Beginnings has been nothing but amazing. From when my boys went there when they were younger to my daughter going there now. Every teacher my daughter has had has gone above and beyond for her. The front office staff has always been a pleasure to speak with and the communication has great as well. I truly enjoy having my daughter there and wouldn't want her anywhere else. Thanks for all you do to make me feel comfortable leaving my girl there day in and day out even.

I cannot say enough about this location. Since my two sons started , infant room and pre-k i have felt such a sense of peace knowing my kids are safe and loved. These teachers and even administration LOVE these children. I will forever be grateful for Ms. Johntay and Ms. tiarra !! They are the best communicators and my son loves them so much. I love how many pictures I get throughout the day and how much fun my son has. And Ms. Michelle and Ms. Tammy in pre-k room are the BEST! My son has started writing and has grown so much behavior wise and his socialization skills . I recommend this daycare to all of my friends. You hear all these horror stories from other peoples experiences in daycares or home centers and I never have an issue here .. it’s not even a thought. And my family and myself are so grateful!

We had the best experience with my baby at Great New Beginnings! As someone who was terrified to leave my baby, I cannot say enough good things. All of the staff that I have interacted with have been kind. Ms Mai and Ms Q in the infant room always took such good care of my baby, communicated well, and I could tell they truly loved my girl. Every morning Ms Tiarra was in there to greet my girl with some cuddles and love which made dropping her off easier. One of my biggest deciding factors in going here was the live cameras, but after a while I felt so at ease leaving my daughter that I barely even checked anymore. The front office staff is also super friendly and helpful and communicate well also.

I usually don’t do Google reviews but I can’t tell everyone enough how much I love this daycare and this center ! I was really scared putting my children in daycare my oldest daughter teachers Miss Jaliyah and Miss Niya were very comforting with her, they also have awesome communication and helped Me with any concerns I had. This Center also has camera access which I love. The teachers are always doing something fun with the kids my daughter is adjusting amazingly. My youngest daughters teachers Miss Mai and Qualaia I absolutely adore communication, adding info in the app, everything they do is 100% amazing ! I have no worries dropping my baby off. These teachers are so sweet and go above and beyond for my daughter. I 100% recommend this center 😃front staff is also amazing! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful.

Talk about the great new beginning that never was: Prior to enrolling, I had heard nothing but good reviews of this center. I even toured twice, was allegedly put on a waitlist back in December and was able to obtain a spot for my son for August. However, 3 days after putting down my deposit, I was unexpectedly laid off from my job, which was more than 30 days before his scheduled start date. I notified the center that I would have to unenroll him since I could no longer afford childcare. And rather than return the portion that was dedicated to his tuition, the owner refused to accommodate my financial setback. Quoting a precedence with adhering to policy rather than simply being a caring human being. The issue I have is 2-fold because 1– not only is it disingenuous to forefront yourself as some grand proponent for families, but the owner shares my experience with being cut from a job in finance (at least so the bio says). I thoroughly explained my situation to her and the admin staff, even disclosing that I have another infant at home to care for. This money could be used for my family’s rent or the children’s groceries, diapers, therapy for the week, and yet some arbitrary policy prevented them from simply pressing a button to adjust the charge. I suppose compassion has an expiration date once people become price tags. And a private-paying family in need is seen as nothing but a profit… 2– My enrollment was never finalized because my application wasn’t fully complete. The owner proposed that they still keep all the money and roll over the deposit to a future enrollment, but how is that an effective compromise? Why would I trust that this unrelenting, heartless energy won’t trickle down to how he will be treated in the program? You are promoting indoctrination to simply follow orders, no matter how dire the circumstances. Which is far from what is desired nor needed in a leader in these times. Especially someone cultivating the minds of children. The only positive I have to say is that the owner was indeed accessible to enrolled families, readily available to disappoint me with her operational dogma and lack of empathy. Feel free to add your soliloquy to try to rationalize why you made the decision you made, as I’ve seen done with countless other 1-star reviews. You have a right to run your business how you see fit, but there’s wrong in how you handled this specific situation. Childcare centers shouldn’t be run as money mills and I encourage other families and staff not to feed into this GNB ecosystem if these are the underlying mechanisms upholding their “greatness”.
