My younger son was about 3 and he was pushed from the top of this gigantic slide that they had. Pushed from the top to the side and hit the ground. No staff had a clue who did it and apparently no staff was around. They said to me, if you can believe it, he was unconscious for a minute but only for a little bit.? I looked at them in horror and just started to cry. I took my poor baby to the hospital and was told he had a significant concussion. I was so angry. They had plenty of staff they just weren’t to interested in the kids. Also there was no separation between the toddlers and younger children from the older, 5–8 years old. So of course the younger ones had to fend for themselves. I didn’t realize that place was a war zone, where most likely the adults enjoyed watching the bullying. Left the next week and said to the owner/ manager YOU’RE REALLY LUCKY THAT I HAVE’NT SUED YET.
As a first-time mom, I was so nervous about leaving my baby in someone else’s care, but from the moment my fiancé and I toured this daycare, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and trust. The staff is not only kind and welcoming but also extremely professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and eased all my concerns. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place where I know my child is loved & cared for. Thank you to her teachers and director for giving me peace of mind and providing my child with a safe & thriving environment. I couldn’t recommend this daycare enough!
