Great Beginnings Early Childcare Center INC.

My daughter has absolutely loved her time at Great Beginnings. She adores her teachers and is always excited to go see her friends. Amazing communication to parents in every way, shape, and form. They maintain a consistent routine and provide daily reports. They not only work on age appropriate learning but also incorporate many fun activities. It isn’t hard to see that the staff truly care about the children here. My daughter would have without a doubt continued her care here until schooling if it weren’t for us moving hours away. The standard that Great Beginnings has set in my mind when looking for new childcare in our new area has proven that a place as amazing as Great Beginnings is hard to come by.

It has been a full year since I had a horrible experience with Katie the owner. I HAVE HEARD 2 other horror stories since then. Everyone else was amazing that i worked with. I did hear mix reviews from people in the area before I ever went to what looks like a wonderful place for children to be at to learn. I have 2 boys one was 4 and one was 3 at the time and soo excited to go here. We'll it wasn't very shortly after we started to go. I think maybe two weeks went by and the next thing I knew Katie the owner just flipped and threw my childrens things at us and locked us out the door. It was traumatizing there was no problems just communicating problem solving is what I would call it. The children where happy there but becuase she told me she didn't have anyone to get kids off the bus and on the bus for early head start I just explained to head start that they had a teacher and Tommy and Emerson would go there full time so I didn't have to pick up the boys at two different spots well because I shared that with Vicki a head start program guide I guess Vicki looked into that and questioned Katie about it so that's why Katie was upset with me. And she lied and said that I was lying but yet she hadn't had any children from her daycare go there for 3 years. So I wasn't lying cause I cant make that stuff up on my own I didn't know it was a problem but because I just told headstart the truth about that. My children and I got forced out and threw my stuff out and even my 4 year old said that was very rude. I looked down at him and I just cant believe and still can't believe what happen to us. I know others have had a similar experience with them so I will be encouraging them to share there review on this page. And I am also making a complaint with The BBB cause I am not the onky family that has been effect by her judgement or treatment. I did nothing wrong to them and then she erased all the threatening messages from the communication website. I WISH I WOULD HAVE SCREEN SHOTTED THEM!! but I was in so much shock and I had to work and move my children to two different people. One of them most horrible experiences of my life.

My daughter has went here for 5 years and they have always treated her with the most love and care! Would 10/10 recommend this daycare for others!
