Grandmas House has been my childcare provider for over 9 years and i highly recommend them! If you are looking for a safe, family oriented and clean environment for your children then look no further. All of my children love the staff as family and truly enjoy going everyday! They have thrived and excelled in all areas and i am beyond thankful for all of the staff that have played a major roll in my children’s lives over the years! I am forever grateful!

This was the worst daycare I have ever sent my child to. My daughter’s health was neglected. On one occasion, I walked in and saw an infant teacher taking down my her knotless braids, which was completely inappropriate and a health hazard. There is no designated area or shoe covers for people entering the infant room, meaning adults walk directly on the carpets where infants crawl and play. The environment is unsanitary and concerning. This facility is unacceptable and needs to be formally evaluated.

This daycare chastised me for being a single full time working mother without transportation. They also don’t have any way to view the children in their classrooms outside of the infants. They don’t send pictures of the kids nor do they send the children back home with reports. And my daughter’s sippy cup was dirty, literally she was made a cup of water with these stains and dirty in it. They don’t give you a meal menu unless you ask for it. I use public transportation to get to and from the daycare which takes an hour to do so, I get off work at 5pm and my bus comes every 30 minutes, when I get off the first bus already runs, I’ve never been over 10 minutes late and informed them of my situation. They act as if it’s u unacceptable even if I understand, accept and am willing to pay late fees and explain numerous times my situation. They treat it as if I need to quit my job since I can’t change my schedule due to being in training.

Grandma's House is a great daycare! My 3 year old really enjoys going to "school" there. He loves playing outside, learning new things and spending time with his teachers and friends. I love that he's always happy to go to school, and he's excited after school to tell me about his day. He especially loves that there's dinosaurs to play with! He was reluctant to potty train but with the awesome support of his teachers, he's FINALLY getting it! The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful. We have really enjoyed his time there. I wish we would have found Grandma's House sooner!

Director Ms. Sandra is the best possible. Assistant Director Ms Audra is one of the most helpful people that I've met in my life. Ms Erica is by far the best teacher there. My son has been going to this school since he was 6 months old, now he is 3 and I will most definitely be keeping him there for the head start program. My daughter also attends during the vacation/summer months. She enjoys her time there. The turn around of teacher are low, because they provide actual PTO for their teacher (this is why you will continue to pay through closed days). I do not mind this at all, because I know the teachers are not overwhelmed with those worries. Hands down, pick here.
