The structure and curriculum at Graceland has been awesome for our 2 year old grandson. We have seen so many improvements since he started attending. He is excited to go to school everyday and staff is amazing with him. I would highly recommend them to anyone with littles!!
My child went here for a year and at graduation didn't even know her name. They tell you the preschool has a better curriculum than Rogersville schools but yet I never received any updates on her progress nor did I really see any academic advancement. We were never asked if she was going to attend the summer program they just charged our card without permission or notification. There are a few personal things I won't mention on here but between those and the not knowing her name it was very clear they are there for money and not the kids. When we pulled her they demanded 2 weeks of tuition that second we told them we would pay one of those weeks due to the unauthorized charge for the summer and that the money they took for the summer would cover one of those 2 weeks but they weren't satisfied. Just beware if you are looking for a place to genuinely care this isn't the place imo.
Only giving a star because zero stars isn't an option! My child went here about a month, it is not a good environment, I do believe there are a couple good teachers but the director is very unkind to both children and parents. Oh and they will charge you more when you pull your child than you would have paid if you sent them for the two weeks. I am sick to my stomach about the experiences I have had with this daycare in the short time my son was enrolled there. I took him out of a lovely place to get him closer to home and I will forever regret that decision. Save yourself the trouble and send your child elsewhere.
Our son has gone to Graceland for almost a year now, and we have been very pleased! The director and teachers are very professional while also being super personal with the kiddos. My son loves the variety of activities, and we as parents enjoy the level of security and organization that the school offers. Highly recommend Kaitlyn and her staff!
Graceland is an amazing preschool. We had a very unpleasant experience with a previous preschool, and our son was very stressed about going to a new one, but he loves Graceland. He loves his teachers, he always comes home singing and talking about his friends, and he can already count, sing his alphabet, and his speech has greatly improved.
