Grace Trinity Day Care Center

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this childcare center. My children rarely attended this place, yet every week I was charged $42 — and often over $100 for services I never received. The issue isn’t just the money, but the way they handled everything. I added my card to their system, and they continued to charge my account without my authorization for care that was not provided. Even worse, they asked parents to fill out paperwork for free meals, but my kids constantly came home hungry and complaining that they never received snacks or food. I enrolled them in a before and after school program from 7 AM to 7 PM that was supposed to include breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner, but my children didn’t even get snacks most days. On top of that, the environment itself has become unsafe, which is one of the main reasons I decided to move out of the area. My children haven’t attended for the past two months, and yet I woke up today to a $300 charge on my account. When I called to address this, they simply said I “owed” the money — even though I went in person to report that my children would no longer be attending. This center is unprofessional and careless with people’s hard-earned money. They even marked my children as “present” to collect funds from the government program, despite them not attending. I have never once seen them provide real support, homework help, or structured activities — it’s basically kids sitting around or outside on the playground. I would never recommend this childcare center to any parent. They are disorganized, unreliable, and seem more focused on charging families than actually caring for children.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! They will charge you even when you child is not present. They will charge you even if you remove them from the academy please please stay away from this unorganized place !!! Your child or yourself will not be happy attending here. Save yourself the headache !! They are stealing people hard working money and then state they have no control over it. Unacceptable

Do not bother wasting your time and or energy. The staff is extremely poor with their communication,they are liars and unprofessionals. They told me that they would have availability for my children to start in August. I have been calling them to try to stay on top of things. I have also rearranged my schedule and made the necessary changes based on that statement. Given the fact that I explained to Ms Karen that it was an urgent matter due to the recent discovery of child neglect and abuse from their current daycare. They just told me, today, that their spot is unavailable due to the fact they the “ overlooked “ my children. Yes! These were their exact words. Now that I’m reading some of the reviews on this facility, I am at peace to know that my second option for them was available and is much more professional! DO NOT even bother reaching out to this facility. It will be a complete waste of your time.

Sanorra Payne is a digusting excuse for a leader and director. Plan ghetto! This Child care facility is horrible and ran by disgust and incompetent management. If you want your to be in a safe, comfortable happy caring family oriented facility do not put your child here the director of this company is extremely ghetto. And, unreasonable. I'm unsure at this point when the last time this facility was audited and I do not think this facility is in compliance with the state. The director is a complete utter liar and I have never had or deal with any business practices that was such a waste of time and been so unreasonably disgusted. Do not waste your time with school and director. This a true evaluations of the education system in the city of Philadelphia.

I do like it here, but not the neighborhood that it’s in and the fact that there’s ANTS EVERYWHERE.
