Grace Sterling Little People

I really really love Grace! I’ve been going here for years. It’s a bigger church but I never feel uncomfortable. The pastor always goes out of his way to recognize new faces and to me that’s what makes this church special. It makes you want to come back. The messages are good and I believe this is a great church for anyone who doesn’t go to church and may be curious or who may be finding their way back to their Christian roots. Everything runs smoothly and on schedule. They offer so much as well. Classes, daycare, seminars, it’s a church that’s very convenient so there’s no reason to not go. My only bit of criticism is that lately the worship is a little repetitive. I feel like in the past the songs were more diverse and I miss some of those songs, lately it’s been the same songs. However Grace is awesome and I truly enjoy being a member here!

Pastor Jerry and the entire congregation are simply amazing. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel genuine love, acceptance, and the presence of God. Pastor Jerry welcomes and encourages everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs, while remaining firmly grounded in biblical truth. He teaches straight from the Word of God and lives it out daily, without discrimination, judgment, or pressure. What truly stands out is that Pastor Jerry’s heart is not focused on money or material gain. Instead, he continually gives, both to the community and to individuals in need. His faith and belief in Jesus Christ are evident in everything he does, and that faith fills the entire church. The worship team is absolutely amazing, every song is heartfelt, powerful, and full of the Holy Spirit. Their music truly brings you into the presence of God. The prayer team is just as incredible, speaking powerful and sincere prayers over everyone, creating a deep sense of peace, connection, and hope. This is a place where you can grow spiritually, feel supported, and be surrounded by genuine believers who live out their faith. I’m so thankful to call this my church home.

This pastor is truly a snake oil salesman. There was absolutely no biblical teaching of any kind occuring here. He spent a solid twenty minutes (and I timed it) using emotional manipulation to weasle money out of the crowd. He gave a very generic motivational speaker message with no real reference to Christ or Christ's death on the cross. It was generically about "having a breakthrough," whatever that breakthrough is to. This church proudly subscribes to the "prosperity gospel," and promises total physical healing amd financial gains if you only just give to their church (which is not what the Bible teaches tithing is at all). The "pastor" spent his "message" during the communion talking about his bird feeder (seriously), told the congregation that if they were sick or having bodily ailments, it was because they were taking communion wrong, and mentioned how he had actually been sued. Every offering they had except for baptism had a fee, and the back of their pamphlet was a massive ad sheet with a slogan saying, "Support our advertisers who support us." I spent most of the time there reflecting on Jesus flipping tables....

It's a excellent ministry to get plugged into! They have things for families of all ages to get involved in! They are modern, creative, innovative, and a ministry that is complete out of the box. It is a very diverse body, and caters well (now) to the diversity of the church. I would say it's a good ministry... but of course, wherever you go, people have flaws... thus, in all it's awesomeness, you will still encounter humans... being human.
