I love Grace Kids Academy. The staff is wonderful. They’re warm and friendly, and greet my son by his name every morning. It brings me so much joy to see people care for my son the way they do.
My daughter attended this facility for 3 years straight , we absolutely love it. Very professional, friendly, clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you want a safe space for your child.
Went in with high expectations but was very disappointed. Could not do a tour to even see where I was enrolling my child, parents could not go to the classroom unannounced, they call the teachers to let them know you’re coming. Some Teachers were rough with children physically and verbally, teachers never introduced themselves, had unreasonable expectations for 3year old kids, and were constantly rotating staff. There was a ton of gossiping between the staff, no one seemed happy to be there. My daughter regressed significantly to the point where she needed Behavior +Speech therapies. I thought my daughter had issues but Now that I have her in a better daycare she is flourishing. It wasn’t her, It was her environment and caretakers at Grace Kids Academy.
Please do your research before putting your kid in this daycare. Their staff are aggressive. I recommend every parent to go to PA Human Services, from their search child care, search this daycare and look at their inspections. They have 3 different incidents!!!!
