I had the most horrific interview/tour today. Given my daughter was whiny because she saw a playground and I wouldn’t let her play. But within 5 mins Jeannie told me my daughter wouldn’t be a good fit and that I should consider therapy for her. She’s 2 years old and I told them before I even scheduled it that she has a speech delay and is currently in speech therapy. The lady over the phone assured me they were accommodating. That is not the case. The woman was rude and harsh and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Furthest thing from “Christian” that I’ve seen in a while. She did say we could come back and interview in a couple months but this will be a hard pass for my family. I should have spoke up when I was there but it took everything in me not to burst into tears. By the time I made to the car tears were flowing. Horrible experience.
Disgusting excuse for a "Christian" daycare. Telling a mother that their child needs therapy within 5 minutes of meeting them? Especially with the child already in therapy and that was told before hand? ESPECIALLY for something as common as a speach delay? Absolutely disgusting. I'd steer clear of this place as a parent, and go somewhere where ALL children will be respected and cared for.
If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat!!! Telling a mother that their child isn't a fit for their daycare? Telling the mother that they need to have their baby put in therapy because of a speech delay that is clearly mentioned in the chart that YOU PEOPLE FAILED TO READ!!! That was VERY disrespectful and unacceptable by all means!!! Honestly I wouldn't even send my dog to this place with the way y'all treat people it's disgusting very DISGUSTING!!!
Grace CDC has been wonderful! Our daughter has learned so much during her time there. She is excited about learning and comes home singing the songs she learns at school. The teachers are excellent and always keep us informed about what is going on. It is great to have a child that begs to go to school every morning and always leaves happy. Aside from classroom learning, they provide camps that teach extracurricular activities so they can decide what they are interested in. Grace CDC is excellent and we are beyond happy with them!
My 8 month old son has been attending Grace CDC for 6 months now and we love it! He gets so excited to see his teachers in the morning and is still smiling when I pick him up every afternoon. His teachers pay attention to little details about him and share cute stories with me every day. I know that he is loved and well-taken care of while I’m working! I could not have asked for a better place to take my son and would highly recommend Grace to anyone looking for care for their child! Update: My child is now a year and a half and is in a different class, where I am regularly told that he doesn’t share well. I’m no longer receiving positive stories or comments about him.
