The Center at Gordon Square is the BEST!! They are really helping me, & I feel that I am getting the best care that I need.. Love the ladies at the front desk!! However, I will no longer keep Shaina Allen for a psychiatrist... Pushes the drugs, but doesn't look at the other meds you are on to see if they interact.. horrible.. I do not trust, nor do I feel comfortable with her on my care team..
I can't even get anyone to answer the phone u need to reschedule my appt and can't even get ahold of any one thanks a lot I'll be looking for a different Dr.✌️

The centers has put together a team to help me and Ezra has went above and beyond to show me that he's there for me and i struggle very bad in many ways i am at the lowest point in my life right now but I really believe in the centers they can help you. Be honest, open-minded and cooperative and they can help you too.
Finally leaving this negative review after being patient and understanding with this place and their lack of urgency to help me for over a year. Again this month I messaged on MyChart and called them three days before my script was set to need filled to make sure they would have it ready on the day of. It is now 8 days later and after calling numerous time (most of which get no answer) I STILL do not even know if they will be calling in my script today or if they plan to at all. The lady at the front desk is very kind and seems like she is really trying to help but isn’t getting much from the rest of the team to get this issue sorted. Mind you this is maybe the 8th or 10th time I’ve been forced to go days on end without a medicine they very specifically told me I cannot cold turkey. It’s affecting my life and my work so negatively and they do not seems to care at all. So so frustrating and I am so disappointed that I continue to have to deal with this almost every month. Especially considering most of my meds are for mental health and come with nasty withdrawals I’m forced to face every time this issue comes up.
