Had our daughter here for about a year. She got bit 11 times by the same kid!! The owner refused to do anything about it or kick the other child out of the daycare. Turnover is astronomical, seemed like almost every week we had different caretakers.
We had our daughter here for six months and we were grateful for the care they provided. The caregivers were kind and sweet to my daughter. No issues in billing when she transitioned rooms to the lower toddler rate. Very communicative on needed items, reports given, etc.. A lot of previous reviews seem to dislike the owner Rhonda but we never had any problems. She is straight-forward, so may come off as too business-like. I appreciated her approach as the folks who were hired seemed professional and competent and the center was always clean. We were sorry to go but we live in Dickson and work in Franklin/New Johnsonville so it was just too far of a drive. I would definitely reconsider this location if we ever move to the Nashville area.
Update: Spoke to the owners husband and he apologized. Said he would address the issues and not charge us for the 2 weeks. Used to be a great daycare but the owner is running it into the ground. Her employees are not experienced at all. One girl in the nursery gave my 6 month old 1 bottle for the whole 8 hrs he was there because she thought since he was on baby food he got 1 bottle and 1 jar of food. My child is constantly running out of formula. They once claimed they used a whole can in 1 day. Then the owner Ronda was upset that I was tired of having issues and grabbed my 8 month old up by the arm. If you care anything about your kids DO NOT put them in this daycare.
I did not have a child attend this daycare, but a handful of my family and friends have had children attend this daycare. In my opinion this facility needs a reality check on how to speak to people. If you speak to parents with disrespect, attitude, and anger I can only imagine the way those sweet babies are treated and it makes me absolutely sick. To run a daycare you need a limitless amount of patience, understanding, and be willing to truly comfort parents anxiety as well as their children’s. This is not the business for you, Rhonda. Go find something else to do, far away from children.
The owner is very rude. Does not know how to talk to people when she knows she’s in the wrong. She picked my nephew up by his arm and had his other arm twisted because she was mad. My sister brought a can of formula on Monday and 3 days later said he was out of formula this is the 4th time this has happened. If you care anything about your kids DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS DAYCARE!!
