Good Shepherd Services are so friendly, understanding and they put a lot of effort in helping people. I do my taxes on the 3rd floor. I have never encountered a problem with them and I've been going there for a few years now. I have noticed this tax season that they no longer take you to a back room to discuss your finances. They now give you the forms to fill out (which the young lady in the reception area is more than happy to go over every question with you) and they will call you back within a week. I used to go to a different site but when the Pandemic hit, they closed. I have to travel a few more blocks but it's worth it. I no longer have to be in a small room that's so overcrowded that you have to stand against a wall. This site is roomy, very clean (including the restroom) and the staff is amazing. You do have to call and make an appointment to go there and do your taxes. Good Shepherd Services operate over 90 programs which help over 30,000 youth and family members in struggling neighborhoods throughout New York City.

Great and very professional and truly understood the law and you Needs acording to the law extremely helpful Helped to left the weight of the shoulder.... truly Shepard's in his holy name thank you Highly recommended call and keep your appointment. Very clean and welcome environment 🤗🙏😍

They help you when your having a rough time. They work very diligently. It's a strong support net through not only the workers but the other people getting help.

Horrible apartments nasty roommate worker's dont do their jobs...if you're comfortable with sharing your apartment with your roommate and their spouse then this is the place for you they do not care about you or your goals they are money hungry.. you're apartment is dirty you get no privacy they got keys to you're apartment
