Please do not sign your children up for this school and curriculum unless you want the staff to bully your child relentlessly. They do not believe in learning disabilities and they will criticize and pick at your child if they make one little mistake. My daughter feels like she can't accomplish anything in life because of the way these teachers have treated her.
Great school for a wonderful classical education. Update 09/03/‘22 my three kids have attended GSLS. They are now 24,21,14. A few days ago my daughter told me that her 9th grade science teacher was giving a lecture about the Imperial System of Measurement. The teacher stated that this system is used ONLY in the US. My daughter respectfully corrected her teacher saying “excuse me, that’s not correct. Myanmar and Liberia officially use the Imperial system” the teacher stated “territories don’t count “ 😱🫢🤔 She came home and recounted the incident and said “I remember that Pastor Sawyer taught us in the 4th and 5th grade about the Imperial system and stated that Myanmar and Liberia also use it. Mom, I didn’t argue with the teacher after she called those countries US territories” My kids learned so much from GSLS. We are very thankful for the great education this school provided.
Our kids just started at Good Shepherd and they are thriving there. The teachers and staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Went for a friend's funeral service. It was well done and very nice. With cemetery directly across from it.
